The free range pork we produce is from our herd of traditional breed pigs, who spend their entire lives outdoors in large paddocks where they enjoy spending their days rooting and wallowing in the mud. They are fed a varied diet of fruit, vegetables and cereals. Our pigs live a contented and stress free life growing slowly and naturally.The pork we produce has a distinctive rich flavour, and has proper crackling. It has a little more fat than commercial pork - that’s where the tenderness and succulence comes from.
